St. Bedes Christmas Fair 2025, Bolton

For the third year running, UKG are delighted to be invited back to the St. Bedes Christmas Fayre.
This is an annual event organised by St. Bedes Church for the parish community. Held at the neighbouring school, people attending can enjoy browsing stalls, tombola and children get to meet Santa Claus.
Our attendance would be gratefully appreciated and now has developed a tradition for being part of the opening ceremony with the big man himself. The event supports raising funds for the church and community, which has been a well-received troop over the last few years.

The UK Garrison costumers will be at the event between 10:00 and 13:00.
Star Wars Imperial costumers requested.

Event times

The times given are the times we will be on site at the event but unfortunately this doesn't necessarily mean we will be available to meet you throughout the whole of this period. Our plan for the day is usually confirmed with the event organisers closer to the event or even on the day. We will also require refreshment breaks. You may be able to get more specific details from the event organisers themselves if you contact them for when we are scheduled to meet with the public.

This has been added to the event details to let you know what kind of costumers this event has requested i.e. Star Wars only, Reel Icons only or a mixture of costumers. With all our events, we cannot guarantee what costumers will be available to attend as we are all volunteers who do this in our spare time so it is always on a 'best endeavours' basis.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, sometimes our attendance at an event is cancelled. This is infrequent but can happen for a variety of reasons including the event itself being cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, inclement weather, costumers that are within the locale of that event being unavailable or ill. We recommend that you check back regularly with this calendar to ensure our attendance at a particular event is still scheduled.
