The times given are the times we will be on site at the event but unfortunately this doesn't necessarily mean we will be available to meet you throughout the whole of this period. Our plan for the day is usually confirmed with the event organisers closer to the event or even on the day. We will also require refreshment breaks. You may be able to get more specific details from the event organisers themselves if you contact them for when we are scheduled to meet with the public.
Star Wars & Reel Icons costumers
This has been added to the event details to let you know what kind of costumers this event has requested i.e. Star Wars only, Reel Icons only or a mixture of costumers. With all our events, we cannot guarantee what costumers will be available to attend as we are all volunteers who do this in our spare time so it is always on a 'best endeavours' basis.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, sometimes our attendance at an event is cancelled. This is infrequent but can happen for a variety of reasons including the event itself being cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, inclement weather, costumers that are within the locale of that event being unavailable or ill. We recommend that you check back regularly with this calendar to ensure our attendance at a particular event is still scheduled.
